Chaud Events BVBA may, in its discretion, change, supplement or amend this agreement as it relates to your future use of the Website from time to time, for any reason, and without any prior notice or liability to you or any other person. Accordingly, when you use the Website you should check the date of this agreement (which appears at the top of this agreement) and review any changes since the last version.
1. Website practices
The Website https://iamchaud.com (hereafter the « Website ») is managed by CHAUD Events BVBA, with registered offices at BE – 8400 Oostende, Gerststraat 30 bus 101, BTW BE068450833 (hereafter « CHAUD Events BVBA »).
CHAUD Events BVBA adheres to the following principles to protect your privacy:

In order to become a User, you must first create an account on our website. You can also close your account through the Website. If you close your Printacy account, we will remove your name and other personally identifiable information from our publicly viewable database. We may retain certain data contributed by you if we believe it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, or for legitimate business purposes, such as analysis of aggregated, non-personally identifiable data, account recovery, or if required by law.
5.2 Privacy Complaints
Belgian law states that any User has the right, upon request and with no charge, to express its objection to the treatment of his/her personal data used for direct marketing purposes. The User may ask CHAUD Events BVBA, free of charge, to gain access to and to delete all its personal data from our database by sending us a letter – enclosing a copy of your identity card – to the responsible for the data treatment, at the following address: Gerststraat 30, 8400 Oostende, Belgium.
CHAUD Events BVBA will take care of any request as soon as possible.
